Alex is a great host and went beyond my expectations. He purchased me a pass for the exercise park just a block away, which I used on a daily basis. The breakfast was very good and was at the schedule time each day. When I needed anything, he provided information and even offered to drive me to my destination on two occasions. There is a small store directly across the street, which sell many items one my need on their stay. The mall is just two blocks away and has very nice shops and a large grocery store with high quality items. It is a very relaxing neighborhood and extremely quiet at all times of the day. When I return to Popayan, I will stay at the Comforta Spa. Thanks, Alex

The place is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The girl that works there is very helpful (she allowed us to go one night to Puracé and come back even if we booked two nights in a row). The breakfast included in the price is also very good (banana, avocado, arepa, eggs and coffee).
