Situated 2.5 km from Gubei Water Town in Miyun and Simatai Great Wall, 20 km from Jinshanling Great Wall, Jumanyuan House features air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. Our hosts were simply amazing! They were just so lovely. Amazing overnight ha stay! Very authentic. We had trouble with organising transfer from Beijing but then found this accommodation. our host picked us up from our Beijing city hotel and too us back at a very reasonable and much much cheaper price than anything we looked at! Also took us to and picked us up from the water town when needed. Honestly never post normally but felt I needed to share what a wonderful experience we had! We also had breakfast made for us and there was plenty and at a very reasonable price and was very yum!

Situated in Miyun, just 50 metres away from the Great Wall, this friendly hostel features modern architecture, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Excellent Hostal, welcoming hospitality and very clean, highly recommended if you coming here it’s a good place to meet others and do the great wall together. If you staying more than a night there is the water town 10m taxi away and its Nice to visit too.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a shop directly opposite the hotel, and within a 3-minute walk, there are several other shops and many places to grab something warm to eat.

The host was very helpful throughout the stay. Place was clean and neat, bed is comfortable, which was important for travellers to rest adequately 🤗 The breakfast was made by the host herself. It was beautifuly presented and delicious too. She also offered us a dumpling wrapping activity with a small top up fee. It was an authentic local experience so I'd recommend that too. Overall happy with my stay here, and I'd definitely recommend it to all travellers!
