We loved everything. The location, the views, the food, the attention from the staff, the animals, the tranquility etc. We were lucky to have a 4WD which is needed for this place. It's a beautiful place and so worth it. It's basically in the national park. Loved it and would totally go again

Great location, facilities , room spa
Cosy feel, in a great location next to the Torres del Paine park entrance.
A beautiful & homely wooden cabana with everything you need for self catering and a log fire if you need it. Set in woodland in a quiet and relatively unvisited area just outside to the north of the Torres D'el Paine park. Great place to re charge and as a spring board for local walks. Friendly but unobtrusive managers.

Great location in the park. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were excellent. Pity no Puna spotting trips were organised by the hotel tour staff.
Well located in Serrano. Large house, parking, nice views, quiet, well equipped kitchen, 2-3 good restaurants around. Nice owners.
Breakfast was very good! Loved the eggs and the fresh fruit. Only wish was for steamed milk for coffee, availability of decaffeinated coffee, or latte machine. Loved the common room. Dinner was excellent! Staff were friendly! Bathrooms were wonderful ! Rooms were clean !

Great location. Some rooms have lake view. Modern and clean rooms and private bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. You can,have lunchs,and dinner in the hotel. Good bar. Many excursion options and guides available. Central heating.
