This accommodation provides a warm and friendly base in cold and windswept Patagonia. The constant view of the magnificent peaks of Torres del Paine Park is breathtaking. The food, the friendly staff really gives you the feeling of something special. We can only highly recommend . It is truly a gem.

Some rooms at Vista el Paine feature views of Torres del Paine and others have private bathroom. Towels are not featured.
Our stay here could not have been better. The living room had a nice and cozy feeling with a small fire place. Since there are only four rooms, you quickly get to know all other guests and have evenings full of nice conversations near the fire (though we may have been lucky with our nice fellow guests). Besides, Oscar was a great host and overall nice and modest person who happens to make good scrambled eggs for breakfast. On top of all of this, you are surrounded by the beautiful national park Torres del Paine (and the occasional dogs, cats, horses and chickens that walk around the house). 10/10!

Very clean, beautiful location, very comfortable and staff were very nice. Breakfast was sublime. Great location to start the trekking to Base Torres.
Good location: view on the mountains, quiet and only 5-10mins by car from the Torres del Paine park entrance. The caban we had was big with many rooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfortable and easy to warm the place. The view is incredible! We had everything we needed there for our short stay. We had everything we needed in terms of food but make sure to bring things like salt, oil with you…
Great location in the park. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were excellent. Pity no Puna spotting trips were organised by the hotel tour staff.
Well located in Serrano. Large house, parking, nice views, quiet, well equipped kitchen, 2-3 good restaurants around. Nice owners.
Breakfast was very good! Loved the eggs and the fresh fruit. Only wish was for steamed milk for coffee, availability of decaffeinated coffee, or latte machine. Loved the common room. Dinner was excellent! Staff were friendly! Bathrooms were wonderful ! Rooms were clean !

Great location. Some rooms have lake view. Modern and clean rooms and private bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. You can,have lunchs,and dinner in the hotel. Good bar. Many excursion options and guides available. Central heating.
