Located in Grächen and only 42 km from Allalin Glacier, Mountain Lodge provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything is brand new and very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was the best that we had in Switzerland. It consisted of breads, juice, fruit cups, cheese, deli meats, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. You check in at the Pizza restaurant right next to the lodge, this was easy and the staff was very friendly. You do need to park in a garage a block away in a parking garage behind the Coop grocery store (See Pictures), but there is no cost to you, the Pizza restaurant will stamp your parking ticket. This was no problem at all, we pulled up directly in front of our room and unloaded our luggage and parked the car in the parking garage. We even arrived early and were able to drop our luggage off in the room which was helpful. The views are amazing from the room and there is a town square right outside the window with a church (bells ringing of course like everywhere else in Switzerland), restaurants and mountain views. We enjoyed walking around the small town and find a nice take away restaurant down the road. Like most places in Switzerland, the room has no AC, so you have to leave the windows open. We brought small USB fans which I highly recommend if you travel to Switzerland in the summer. I discovered in the morning that there are electronic controls for the blinds over the windows and doors.

Set in Chamoson, within 19 km of Sion and 41 km of Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club, Restaurant Les Vérines offers accommodation with a terrace as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Customised breakfast as you could order the day before. Excellent food has been served in the restaurant. Cosy atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy a valuable moment.

Located 46 km from Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club, Chalet 4 Saisons - Guesthouse provides accommodation in Ovronnaz with access to a hot tub. Olivia and Marc were very friendly and there if needed any hand.

Located in Saas-Almagell in the Canton of Valais region and Allalin Glacier reachable within 8.4 km, Pension Waldegg - restaurant provides accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground,... Corina is very friendly and we had a perfect stay at Waldegg. Breakfast was simple and good. We had a 3 course dinner and it was great.

Boasting a bar, Chez Stéphane et Maria is located in Chamoson, within 39 km of Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club and 20 km of Mont Fort. It is situated 17 km from Sion and features a minimarket. We were only able to stay one night. The room was ample size with a nice sitting area. The owners were not present but left us nice snacks and even a bottle of local wine. The coffee maker and coffee was a bonus. The weather was a bit chilly, but heat was available for us to use. We loved our hike in the vineyards on a slope to the east where they were busy harvesting grapes. Marked trails and beautiful views. The owner's restaurant was closed but we ate just down the street and enjoyed a delicious charcuteier board.

19 km from Sion in Chamoson, La Tzavane provides accommodation with access to a hot tub. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We stayed in the small chalet “Caboeutson. Really enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Delicious breakfast, good location, friendly host (Sonia), a lot of extra's on in the garden of the property (jacuzzi, sauna, goats, bbq, petanque court,...) And a very nice view on the mountains. Looking forward to coming back.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Le 30 is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Troistorrents, 29 km from Train station Montreux. Very clean and friendly. Beautiful view. The team is great. No noise at all.

We had a very comfortable room, the kitchen had everything you could need to cook and there is a lovely wine bar 2 minutes walk away

Bnb la Péniche, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Evolène, 26 km from Sion, 44 km from Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club, as well as 34 km from Mont Fort. lovely quiet location, close to restaurants and shops, super helpful staff, lots of space, very clean.
