The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the best part was Luna, their adorable and smart dog, who made us feel right at home. The place is truly pet-friendly—even our cat was welcomed, and as you can see from the photo, she felt like a queen soaking up all the good vibes! For other guests, there’s also the option of enjoying a Thai dinner or booking a massage to relax after a hike, which sounds amazing. Ideal for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind in a unique setting. We can’t wait to return!

All rooms in the Gästehaus Schäfli offer views over the Reuss River and the wooded Alpine surroundings. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the room was cozy. We had a wonderful night stay at this inn.

The inn offers mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available. Location was perfect for me and I wanted to do a hiking trail just 10 km from there. Situated on the street, very easy to find, big parking. Shared bathroom was less convenient, but it was very clean and had all the possible toiletries you might need. Basic and smallish but clean room.
