Peter made us feel at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. You can tell that his heart and soul is in Nisihof, as well as everyone else’s involved. The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, corridors etc. were all very clean and everything is thoughtfully arranged and put together. The atmosphere is great, too, very relaxed, with the possibility to spend some quiet time there as well as chat to the other guests. And there’s so much space, which we appreciated hugely with an 18 month old who loves exploring the environment. We had some lovely moments jumping on the trampoline, chilling on the swing … A great place for children and adults alike. We had dinner and breakfast there, both were carefully prepared for us and very tasty. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer but will definitely be back. Very happy to have discovered this gem!

B&B Hof Grosschreie features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Hasle, 28 km from Lucerne Station. The real experience on a farm, with very helpful staffs and interactions with farm animals! We tried feeding the chicken and petting the piggies, and the whole breakfast is really from farm to table (sorry piggies). The location is close to nearest village, and also only short drive to nearby hiking routes. All the things are comfortable and new, good hot water, immaculate kitchen. You can really tell how ppl like it via the guestbook.

Located 1 km away from Lucerne, Gasthaus zur Waldegg features 2 restaurants offering traditional Swiss and international cuisine, a bar and a beer garden overlooking Mount Pilatus. The place is 10 mins from the station (6-8 stops) and the rooms were great! The breakfast was good, the staff were kind and the rooms were very clean. Overall a 9.5/10 easily!
