The bed is comfortable and even though it was 35 degrees outside, inside there was a perfect tempeature for sleeping. Pleasant sometimes to sit on a balcony. Kitchen with good utensils and all the necessary equipment and in the laundry room new washing and drying machine. Couldn"t recommend more this guesthouse.

I loved everything about the Panorama guest rooms, the room itself was immaculate, everything one needed was there at hand even Ivelina's vast amount of special personal touches. Ivelina was a second mother to us , her words were "I want you to feel at home ".She certainly fulfilled her motto, above and beyond. I have travelled to many countries, but have rarely encountered a more generous woman. Veliko Tarnovo is such a stunning and cultural place to visit, please visit if you get a chance. You will not be disappointed at all.

A wonderful small family-run hotel in the centre of the old town part of Veliko Tărnovo. The location is perfect, especially as it’s located one block away from the sometimes noisy main road. It’s a well-designed new building and spotlessly clean. Miroslav, the host while I was there, was a fountain of information and tremendously helpful in making onward travel plans.
