Located in Phillip Island and only 2.7 km from Children's Beach, Banksia Park Estate provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. First, would be the hospitality from Fran and Michael, we received a text message from Fran letting us know our room was ready and to let them know when we were 30 minutes out. When we got there Michael (and the chickens) were there with our keys ready to go. He gave us the lay of the land and mentioned some walking paths on the property. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was very comfy. Will definitely be staying here the next time we come down to Phillip island.

The hosts were very welcoming and provided a variety of breakfast options catering to our dietary requests. The apartment was great value, modern and super clean, kept cool on the hot days.

It is stated as continental but it is better than that with poached eggs, bacon and pancakes also available. Freshly prepared Coffee and Tea are served. Richard and Evie are exceptional hosts. The facilities in the room are 5 star and well maintained. The surrounding gardens are beautiful. Perfect location for all the sights on Phillip Island including The nightly penguin parade.

Located in Ventnor in the Victoria region, with Flynns Beach and Summerland Beach nearby, Swan Lake Guest House provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Bernie is an exceptional Hostess. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent. 2 min to the penguins parade, close to Cowes and easy access to the Phillip Island Moto GP Circuit. Would highly recommend

Situated within 200 metres of Erehwon Point Beach and 400 metres of Cowes Beach in Cowes, Genesta House provides accommodation with seating area. The host Simmone was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant she recommended (Bani) and it was good. She made us feel welcome. She also prepares welcome cookies, red wine, fruits and breakfast was simple but nice. These may seem "little" things but are differentiators compared to any others which don't go the extra mile.

Offering a garden and garden view, Beachfront Surfers Retreat is set in Cape Woolamai, 1.5 km from Woolamai Surf Beach and 3.1 km from Pinnacles Lookout. The room was cosy and well decorated, the terrace was beautiful.

Situated in Smiths Beach and only 1.3 km from Smiths Beach, Grey Goose @ Smiths features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. What a wonderful luxurious apartment. Everything was exceptional.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, Phillip Island Cottages offer a private patio with garden views. Guests have access to a BBQ area surrounded by lovely gardens. Comfortable apartment. Clean and excellent location.
