A suite with a spa bath and fireplace is available. The b&b was very clean, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Richard and Evie are excellent hosts who are very friendly and helpful. There were some lovely touches like the complimentary water, wine and chocolates which made the stay more special than a large, anonymous hotel.

Featuring a secluded garden setting, Genesta House offers boutique accommodation in a restored 100-year-old home and includes free WiFi. It is a 5-minute walk from Cowes Beach and various local dining options. everything! beautifully presented, immaculate. everything you need. fantastic quality. delicious breakfast. the garden is gorgeous . wonderful host.

The room was so clean. The beds were so comfortable. The kids could sit on the verandah. The private spa we booked was sensational!!! Loved the friendly staff and it was surprisingly quiet with so many guests there. Fabulously close to the beach, shops ect. Will definitely be back in the warmer weather to enjoy the pool!!!
It was so roomy and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a cozy 2 night stay in Winter. We had to turn the main heater off because the gas log fire was enough to keep the unit warm. More than enough food was supplied for breakfast. We couldn’t possibly eat it all. Very private and quiet.
The house was very spacious and warm they even left the heater on for our arrival.Anything and Everything that you need to take on a weekend away was already there. Very quiet location nice views from balcony upstairs very close to all the attractions we were 3 couples and had plenty of private space for ourselves with a separate lounge room downstairs over all we like this place a lot. thanks

Great location, quiet, close to supermarkets, restaurants & attractions, the house was immaculate & will be even better when the landscaping is completed, we had a group of seven & there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their stay, the games were a nice surprise, they definitely bought fun & laughter to our stay :)
Great location, very close to the beach. Quiet roads safe for children. Massive back and front garden. Big entertainment area with open kitchen (that has everything a cook might need) and connected to big balcony with bbq facility - perfect for family.
Location is perfect for visiting Phillip Island. Great sea views as it’s in an elevated position. Very cozy, quiet, comfortable and with everything you need for a break away from home. Lovely garden with fruit trees and small patio. Good kitchen that’s really well equipped. Whole house was very clean and well presented. Covered, private off street parking right next to entrance door. Prompt communication with owner.
The location is very quiet and away from the Rhyll-Melbourne road . Easy access to leave the island rather than back through Cowes. Coffee shop and food shops are good and Rhyll is a quaint seaside location . The room was very comfortable and modern and private and car parking is close to the room.
