I like it since the start when Ariel was waiting and welcoming us. He was great since start. Very good with communication and he was quickly to respond. He even took us to the airport( I needed to tip him). House itself was great location from city centre and it was hidden from the noise in the quiet neighborhood. All the facilities were great so I decided to spent 2 nights here. Wish you best of luck Ariel.

Our hosts were kind, friendly and extremely hospitable. We were running late to arrive and it wasn’t an issue, and we were running late in the morning and they insisted on serving us the most delicious breakfast. The beds and linen are the most luxurious we’ve stayed in, and rival those of 5 star resorts. The bathroom is bigger than most hotel rooms! The secure parking was right out front, and they watched our car while we explored the town. The promenade is a short walk away. We considered returning to Berat on our way back to Tirana so that we could stay again. Vila Nea is an excellent place to stay!

The best host that we’ve had in Albania, very helpful and welcoming. Lovely house which is operated by a very nice and friendly family. Wonderful homemade breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view. Location is great, between the castle and the old town. We extremely enjoyed our stay in Berat. Thank you guys!

Everything. :) Owners were really-really warm people, for example helped us to see the Berat castle on our last day we were there. Drove us there, waited and then drove us to the bus station, we really appreciated that. Small things that really matter in life. The room was new, clean, with kettle and tea/coffee, shampoo-conditioner etc, room had great blinders (really needed when you're travelling with a child like us), quiet place and that view to the city from the balcony - amazing! Breakfast was excellent homemade and traditional food, pancakes for the child, fruits etc. So yeah, totally worth staying, felt like visiting good old friends, if chance occurs we will be back too. :)

The view was beautiful from the accommodation. Lovely breakfast and the best we had in Albania. Room was squeaky clean. Definitely recommended. The host and his parents were very kind and welcoming.

It was one of the best stays I’ve ever had!! The location is perfect - close to the city, very calm and peaceful. We were so happy to see sheep , cows and pony from our window 🫶 staff is super friendly, they are really doing their best for your comfort - it’s for sure! The room is very clean and you need everything you need. The last but not least- breakfast! Yeah, it’s homemade jam with fresh milk and organic egg was just unblocked memory about my childhood in village with my grandma and relatives. Thank you very much, I totally recommend this place to anyone, and stay at least 2 nights to have a lovely retreat from noise and hurry.

There was a parking spot held for us as well. The room is comfortable and you have a nice view from the old neighborhood up in the hill. Best part was the bed which was super comfy😍 Breakfast served in the balcony and a super nice one.
