You can make your own coffee/tea during the day. Good but quiet location for exploring the old city and castle.

The location of the villa can not be better! The view of the castle on the terrace is really spectacular. The room is very clean and everything works out well. It is a pity that we didn't meet the owner Irsa during our stay but she arranged everything well in advance. It is a wonderful stay.

The house is really pretty and very well decorated. When you enter in the guests floor everything smells very well, a fresh smell of cleaning. The towels smell very well also, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom and the entire room is very clean. The breakfast is tasty. Despite our room didn't have a private balcony we could take the breakfeast in the front balcony in a table just for us. The Breakfeast was compound by jams, cereals, bread, cucumber, tomato, 3 types of cheese, boiled eggs, milk, juice, fruits, tea and a mix of milk and coffee. The host was very sympathetic and always concerned if everything was ok.

The villa is in the center of Berat, close to everything. The hosts are exceptionally nice and friendly; they gave us tips for everything. The breakfast is good (with a great view), and the room is clean. Highly recommend.
