The staff is very welcoming! Especially the manager Eric, who is amazing in helping you find places to visit within Vietnam. He took care of finding the right tour which includes airport pickup, transportation and accommodation. Very reliable and always there to answer any questions or inquiries! I would highly recommend booking with Hanoi Airport Inn if you want a smooth and safe journey! Thank you to the staff and Eric for making my stay easy and safe!

We booked it as it was close to the airport.
But we just wanted to confirm it before going there as it was close to an hour drive from our location.
Staff doesn’t respond to messages on booking.com or local mobile calls as well.
We dropped the plan of going there as after spending so much money and time for a cab, what if we can’t find the hotel and no one from the hotel will answer calls ?

The staff were absolutely lovely and very kind. They were attentive to our needs, we spent time getting to know them more, and were very helpful whenever we needed something. The people at Samma Stay were the highlight of our trip.
The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Facilities were clean, comfortable and lovely views to enjoy. Overall, Samma Stay was fantastic.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Perfect hotel to stay before a flight from Hanoi airport. They were super friendly, giving out free snacks and everything was payable with card, also the taxi to the airport. The rooms were super cozy and luxury.
Very close to the airport, just 15 min. And they can also book a taxi for you.
