As the name suggests Homestay - the place was well kept. It was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and each bed was provided with the mosquito netting.We didn't have to ask for anything from the host. We were only staying there for a night due to time constraints.This house is located in SaPa village and is so very peaceful and surrounded by the valley. I will be visiting them again in future but next time with my family and would love to spend some time soaking in the views and know the locals.

It was amazing, stay in nature with calm environment. The food was very good (we are both vegans). The trek organised by Lang was great. They also decorated the room beautifully for our honeymoon with fresh flowers. The family was so nice.

Big room with very nice bathroom. Excellent view - we couldn't get enough of it. The whole hotel is very clean - both private and public area. Staff is very nice and helpful. The food served is really good - here we had the best Pho (both chicken and beef one) in Vietnam so far :)
Hotel is quite close to the city center, but still in quiet part of the town. If we go back to Sapa - we would go back to Brilliant Hotel.
The family who run the homestay are really lovely to deal with, I asked to move to a private room on my last night and wish I had done that from night 1. Really great location - handy to everything, quiet, clean. Area felt safe as a solo female traveller. Beautiful view from the top floor and nice spot to watch the sunset. Definitely worth getting a private room with a view :)

Extremely helpful owner, arranged for us very early check in and very late check out for free, tickets for Fansipan, motorbike rental, loundry, restaurant recommendation, etc.
The staff were very friendly & helpful especially Mr Kim & Ann who also arranged a trekking guide and private car to visit the waterfalls. The room was beautiful with a fantastic view over Sapa & the breakfasts were fantastic. It was a great location - close to everything but quiet. If you come to Sapa, stay here!

Great Hotel and Sapa Experience
Really aptly named - Central and Charming. The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. Walking distance to major attractions in Sapa. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with everything you need.
The host, Eric, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Sapa, using his local knowledge to give good recommendations. He even extended this into the continuation of our travels and helped us in our next destination.

Outstanding location on top of the hill at Ta Va, really quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a huge window to enjoy a panoramic view to the valley.
The host, welcomed us very late at night with an amazing dinner. He speaks very good english, and diligently helps arranging all type of activities such as private guided tours, cooking classes, drivers… for a very reasonable price.
The host is a great cook, and you can enjoy traditional dishes with locally sourced products.
Lastly, the whole family is so charming.
