This is an absolutely fantastic property and if I ever come back to SaPa, I will definitely stay here. Fantastic.’ski lodge’ feel. The rooms were huge with the most wonderful balconies and lovely high ceilings. The bed was the most comfortable where I stayed in Vietnam, and there was a pool table.!! Great breakfast as well

Clean and new room next to the lake and city centre in a quiet street. They are so friendly and helpful, they helped me with the Fansipan tickets. If you need a bike, bus ticket or anything ells they can book it for you. I recomend that place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Garden Bed and Breakfast. Very impressed by Nam Hong who was very kind helping us book and arrange transport for all our sightseeing in Sapa. He was like having a personal tour guide….advising us what was best to see and recommending best restaurants. His mother cooked an amazing dinner and tasty breakfasts and converted us into loving Vietnamese coffee. Also the gardens are so lovely to relax and enjoy. We would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Sapa.

Big room with very nice bathroom. Excellent view - we couldn't get enough of it. The whole hotel is very clean - both private and public area. Staff is very nice and helpful. The food served is really good - here we had the best Pho (both chicken and beef one) in Vietnam so far :)
Hotel is quite close to the city center, but still in quiet part of the town. If we go back to Sapa - we would go back to Brilliant Hotel.
The family who run the homestay are really lovely to deal with, I asked to move to a private room on my last night and wish I had done that from night 1. Really great location - handy to everything, quiet, clean. Area felt safe as a solo female traveller. Beautiful view from the top floor and nice spot to watch the sunset. Definitely worth getting a private room with a view :)

Extremely helpful owner, arranged for us very early check in and very late check out for free, tickets for Fansipan, motorbike rental, loundry, restaurant recommendation, etc.
The staff were very friendly & helpful especially Mr Kim & Ann who also arranged a trekking guide and private car to visit the waterfalls. The room was beautiful with a fantastic view over Sapa & the breakfasts were fantastic. It was a great location - close to everything but quiet. If you come to Sapa, stay here!

Great Hotel and Sapa Experience
Really aptly named - Central and Charming. The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. Walking distance to major attractions in Sapa. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with everything you need.
The host, Eric, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible in Sapa, using his local knowledge to give good recommendations. He even extended this into the continuation of our travels and helped us in our next destination.

Outstanding location on top of the hill at Ta Va, really quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a huge window to enjoy a panoramic view to the valley.
The host, welcomed us very late at night with an amazing dinner. He speaks very good english, and diligently helps arranging all type of activities such as private guided tours, cooking classes, drivers… for a very reasonable price.
The host is a great cook, and you can enjoy traditional dishes with locally sourced products.
Lastly, the whole family is so charming.
