Strawberry House is new and very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were a great perk. They accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast and brought a delicious soup and other food instead of the continental breakfast. They also booked bikes for our Ha Giang loop trip and gave us in-depth tutorials to make sure we understood our bikes.

Holly was genuinely very helpful, and caring individual. She not calcutive, and help me and my sister during our first time visit Ha Giang.
She helped arranged our Ha Giang Epic Loop Bike Tour with two responsible gentlemen; Mr Huang and Mr Thien.
Accommodating as she allowed us to leave our bags at her place as we went on our two nights, three days bike tour.
And she’s very trusting as well when it came to payment. We had to change VND for the room payment, and she gave us time to change and only paid her for accommodations and tour fees much later.

If you are fortunate enough to book this place, please do. One of its kind in the area (if not the entire region). If you are not in a hurry, i recommend enjoy sun raise and sunset here, the house is so well-designed that waking up to a mountain view is a worthy experience by itself, and then the coffee, breakfast, etc.. you just need to request.

Quiet location, a little out of town, they pick up and drop you off at the bus stop, the manager speaks good English and helps to organise day trips and local transport. He even waited with us on the main road to make sure we got on the right bus. Very nice stay, thank you!

This exceeded my expectations for a hostel. Private room was small but clean with air conditioning and a fan and also toiletries and a towel provided. Breakfast included was fresh banh mi made when you got there and fresh fruit
Great location with beautiful views. The place is well kept and the breakfast was the best we had in all Vietnam. Also, I suggest you try the pizza at the restaurant (I'm from Italy and LOVED it). The owner was extremely helpful in organising private tours of Ha Giang with our limited time, but be careful with pricing, the lady is a hustler ;)
This accommodation probably corresponds to the quality/price, but I was rather disappointed. I didn't expect anything extra, but we got a room that was unfortunately very musty and moldy. I chose accommodation based on reviews, but I definitely wouldn't give this accommodation such a high rating, it was disappointing. The advantages of this accommodation were: cheap, excellent breakfast and food in general. Shared bathroom was ok, quite clean.
We had a very pleasant stay at the hostel. It's brand new, they moved a little bit out of the busy and noisy city centre and are in a more quiet surrounding now, just outside of town but with enough restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.
Breakfast is also good and we were welcomed with a nice cup of tea.
The new location is not yet updated on booking (18 Feb 2024) so check google maps, there it's already correct.
