15 out of 10!!! A beautiful little property with a wonderful host. Mariel is able to give you lots of recommendations for the surrounding area. Breakfast is nice and the room is very comfortable, with a nice pool to boot. Would absolutely stay in this lovely, quiet neighborhood again.

The location was a few blocks from the beach and about a 30 minute walk to the restaurants and shops walking along the beach.
The hotel has a nice inner courtyard with a nice shared area. The kitchen and communal bathrooms were kept clean.
The bed was comfortable, the AC works and shower is hot.

Casa Franco is simple but stunning. I would have loved to stay much longer. The property is located directly across the street from the beach, and the space itself has everything for a comfortable stay—a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and kitchenette. The thought and energy put into creating a sanctuary just outside of Jose Ignacio did not go unnoticed. I hope to be back.
