I had the most wonderful stay at Pousada El Bambu! Omar and Adriana, the hosts, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality was nothing short of fantastic— they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The atmosphere truly felt like a home away from home, cozy and inviting, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The breakfast was an absolute highlight—delicious and freshly prepared, the perfect way to start each day!
I can’t recommend this pousada enough for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and memorable stay. A true gem!

A beautiful B&B in a very quaint house and beautiful garden. Very friendly hosts, they were so welcoming and informative! Room was comfortable for 2 adults/2 teens. Bathroom was very clean and nice, a little tight. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The couple that run the place were very warm, combined with the uniqueness of the house made this a wonderful stay.

Posada el Bambu is a little gem tucked away in a quiet residential neighbourhood conveniently close to Carrasco Airport. Our room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good. What makes this a gem is the hosts. They could not have been more helpful or welcoming. They are both artists and their artwork is on view around the property giving the whole place a delightful vibe totally different to a corporate hotel.
Wonderful garden. Large comfortable bed. Splendid breakfast spread in a lovely setting. Very attentive and genuine hospitality from charming and warm hosts who have created an amazing haven. Uruguayan hospitality at its best 👌
The Bed and Breakfast is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from restaurants and the beach. The hosts were very friendly and gracious and their small Air BnB is a delight. We also enjoyed hanging out with their dogs :-)
