This was a charming B & B. Only two rooms above a carriage house. Beautifully appointed with gorgeous linens. A wonderful breakfast brought to our door in a basket at a time of our choosing. Right in town, so easy to walk to charming shops and dining opportunities. /The owner and hostess Franciose is lovely. We would return for sure. One thing to note is that the room has no A/C but it was not an issue. We were there in September. Not your typical B & B....actually more to my liking with open spaces in a lovely French garden.

We absolutely LOVED the Harbour Towne Inn—so much so that we extended our stay! The Inn is beautiful and the owner was delightful. She was so outgoing and accommodating and made us feel welcome. And what a great cook. Every breakfast was a gourmand’s delight and absolutely delicious! Tea time cookies were decadent! We loved everything about our room. The bed was comfortable and our balcony overlooking the harbor was the perfect place for an early evening glass of wine or a second cup of morning coffee. The flowers and greenery around the property were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

The staff (Abby and others whose names I don’t recall but wish I could acknowledge) were incredibly helpful and welcoming! I loved our room (Fiddleheads) which was cozy, charming, clean and comfortable. It also had an attached patio, where we could enjoy the evening. We were there for the night of the lobster bake, which was excellent! We also loved the s’mores around the fire pit. We will be back.! We didn’t have a chance to partake in many of the facilities because we were only there for one night.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location- just down from Red’s which has terrific lobster rolls. Ample parking on side street and behind garage.
Nice breakfast. Owner delivered at time we requested. Biscuits were warm and everything was fresh with good presentation in a basket.

And her French antique decor down so the linens in our morning breakfast basket were fantastic. We felt as though we were in France - but Maine 🦞
Additionally, the location on Main Street was steps away from the charming shops and our favorite restaurant.
