Patrick is a great host and the guest house is really well placed to explore Wells, Orgunquit and Kennebunkport. The house is obviously loved and decorated beautifully as well as having a great ambience. Breakfast was a joy both in terms of the food Patrick cooked and the conversation with both Patrick and all the other guests in the sun room. It felt more like we were staying with friends than in a B&B

We spent two weeks travelling around New England and this was the stand-out place we stayed. We couldn't recommend it enough. Amelia, Ron and the team made us feel so welcome. Tea and homemade cookies upon arrival. Beautifully decorated inn, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you would want. The best breakfast we had on the whole trip!

this was probably the best bed and breakfast my husband and I have been to-rooms were impeccably clean and well appointed- breakfast was delicious with generous portions and artfully presented- Michael and Bill make every guest feel special! Really enjoyed our time at this Band B!
Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Full size refrigerator was a plus,as was the microwave. A 12 cup coffee maker came in handy. Quiet , no problem to sleep comfortably
