Greenbrier Inn Killington, hotel in Killington

Located in Killington, this hotel is within a 2 km radius of restaurants and within 7 km of ski areas. Guests are offered discounted lift tickets to the nearby Killington Ski Resort.

We came to Greenbrier as part of a memorial trip. We stayed there 23 years ago with a family member who has now passed away. It was nostalgic and wonderful staying there. Steve, the owner, was engaging and hospitable. We will always return! We felt welcomed and at home!

Mountain Valley Retreat, hotel in Killington

This bed and breakfast is nestled on 16 acres and features scenic mountain views and a homemade hot breakfast. Killington Ski Area is 15 minutes’ drive away.

The location was beautiful. It was easier to access than I had thought, and close enough to restaurants. Our host, Mike, had sheets with suggested itineraries for day trips. Both he and Barb clearly enjoy welcoming visitors and sharing their home with them. All was well appointed and we were looked after brilliantly.

Clear River Inn and Tavern, hotel in Killington

Located in Pittsfield, Clear River Inn and Tavern features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi throughout the property. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom.

The meal options at the adjoining restaurant were really tasty and we were grateful that we were there on a day that the restaurant operated. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and we were told there were no other eating opportunities in the area on those days. Something to be aware of when booking I would say. The property also had a laundromat which was a real boon as we were half way through our road trip and getting our clothes washed was really helpful. The property even provided washing powder for the coin operated machines another great boon. The staff were really helpful.

Space was great, lounge area, hot tub and bar were very fun. It was very homey, great vibes. Felt like a traditional ski lodge. Live music on the weekend is a huge hit. Location is very close to the mountain and other restaurants. Staff and owner all very friendly. Other guests we met were very friendly too.

This was a seriously good find….it looks like a condo online but it is really a house…great 70’s vibe with high ceilings and lots of light……just the 2 of us and a small morkie once we got there wished we could have shared with our children or friends…clean, great bed (we only used one but there are 2 other bedrooms each with a private bath), well stocked kitchen, good forest views, highly recommended
