I did not have breakfast at the Lovely Room, walked over to Starbuck's. The room was exactly as described on booking.com. A lovely apartment with a very comfortable bedroom. The apartment was spotless. Easy to get to.

Privacy and quietness inside. City was busy at night which would wake us up but not hotel fault. Housekeeping came in without request which was nice but there’s a sign that says they won’t (slight red flag). It was nice coming back to a made up bed. However, they would take towels out and not replace them at times. We could control the A/C which was nice and it worked properly. The location is great as it’s a 15-20 minute walk to Time Square. Bus is nearby to go to farther places.

Hotel reviews are always interesting to read. Some customers expect Marriott quality service at a knock off price. By local (Jersey City and Manhattan) standards, Ramada by Wyndham is very good value. The room was big, spacious, clean and quiet, it is only 5 mins walk from the PATH and whilst the breakfast was basic, it is a cheap hotel so I didn't expect anything better. If you wanna stay close to Manhattan but can't afford to stay in Manhattan, this is ideal.
the location was great. close walk to either Newport or Exchange Pl PATH stations to travel to Manhattan. If you can spare the travel time to get across the Hudson, Jersey City is the way to go. Accomodation is much cheaper than Manhattan especially around xmas/new year, and much quieter. We liked that. Staff were friendly and very accomodating. A great little self serve "minimart" at the front desk. We could buy snacks and even laundry detergent. Having a free laundry facility was excellent.
Very spacious room and bathroom/shower. Comfortable bed. Wonderful location - only a few minutes by frequent ferry across the Hudson River to the World Trade Centre. Very quiet area and a good selection of cafes and restaurant nearby. Situated on a riverside walk with tremendous views of the Manhattan skyline. Helpful staff. Very good room price compared with hotels on Manhattan. Appreciated having fresh fruit salad included in the breakfast.
