Billy is an absolute legend! He makes his guests feel welcomed and he's always checking in to make sure everything is going well. Below is his own bar. He has a lovely dog. Once she gets accustomed to you, she'll give you her attention and they have a cute cat too! They have a couple of pool tables and even though we're not much of the drinking type, their selection is definitely reasonable. Everything you need is all within the vicinity. Highly recommend and the price was really on point especially during high season.

It's all about location. Highly recommend if you need budget hotel at Karon beach (right on the beach!). At the same time very quiet area, almost no traffic and thus no noise. Within walking distance to shopping/eating and transportation. As solo female traveller felt safe.

First of all, the management of the hotel is friendly and helpful - the best you can expect when you come for a holiday. Second, the location is splendid - it's only 5-7 mins to the beach. Third - a variety of really good cafes around the hotel which relieves you of constant seeking for "a good place for dinner".

The location is good, it’s 8 minutes away from Kata beach and even closer to the Walking market which is perfect! The bedrooms are nice, clean, and well-maintained. Staff is kind!

I had a lovely stay for 5 nights! This place is tucked in and in a quiet area of Phuket, far from the tourist crowds. The private beach is clean, the hotel provides towels and sunbeds. The staff are friendly and helpful. They've rescued two cats which are now part of the team :) Would recommend!
By far the best part is the private beach. No public access means resplendent marine life, and amazing snorkeling.
The location, while far away from most things, makes it amazing for those in Phuket looking for a quiet relaxed stay in a beautiful spot.
