The hospitality at Takamaka Sky was fantastic. Despite arriving on two different flights, one of which landed early in the morning, there was no problem with 2 airport pickups, and our room was even made available early so we could catch up on rest. Breakfast was incredible with plenty of choice, including delicious fresh fruit, and we even had help with organising taxis to get to the beach and back. Plenty of excellent recommendations and so so friendly!

The whole staff were all extremely attentive, caring and personal. The billiards, the stunning à la carte breakfast, the room and the continuous feeling of exclusivity and privacy were really good. The manager in particular was so helpful and really made us feel special. They even had two giant tortoises on site!

The hostess Lynda was very hospitable, friendly. We’ve been treated to local fruits and delicacies. She provides a bus card for use, and responds to all requests very quickly.
An important detail for Seychelles: the villa is located on a flat area; there are two shops and a vegetable market within walking distance. This is a great place for hiking and enjoying stunning tropical nature.

Best guesthouse we ever stayed in. The location can’t be more perfect. The house is just as described; the views from the balcony are amazing. Michael and his family were great hosts and they work all day long to maintain the beautiful private botanical garden at the foot of the guesthouse. So yeah, basically you walk through an amazing garden to get to your apartment with a great view of the ocean and the island.
All utilities are as described and the apartment is well kept.
For those who are afraid to test their driving skills, ask Michael to show you where to park your car by the church (about 100 m from the house). He can also arrange help with the luggage if you need/want.
Next time in Mahe, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great. The biggest upside of this stay was the location as it was 20 minutes on foot from the airport which was perfect for our last day.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We had an amazing time at Takamakasky. Grego is super attentive. Loved the breakfast with an explanation of the „fruit of the day“. Grego organized airport pick-up, rental car and a bus pass for us. Also, he offers free laundry.

We didn’t gave to worry about a thing, it was great. If you are looking for five-star-service and the atmosphere of a small, family-run guesthouse, this place is for you.
Since there is only three rooms, it very cozy and quiet.
Very nice location with nice beach, breakfast was always nice, our room was also nice (king seafront 2nd floor with lovely view indeed), in general quiet smaller place, I also enjoyed local spa - that girl was great (wrap and massage), nice staff, we stayed 3 nights only. Restaurant was ok, to be honest the grilled seafood platter was not that amazing for that price , we did have better elsewhere indeed, but in general OK.
The swimming pool, beach, the sunset on the beach. Garden, quiet, private, relaxing. Outdoor shower in the villa (but needs more lights). Water refill station in the reception.
Vey luxury private villas. We witnessed twice sea turtle breeding at the beach. The private beach is so clean that you could get to see cute hermit crabs on the beach and beautiful fishes by snowkling.
What I love the most is shower à l’extérieur that reminds me of a Japanese 温泉♨️

Clean, modern and spacious room with AC and fan. Wonderful hosts and staff. Good breakfast. Some days they cook delicious dinner. We really liked fresh fruits from their garden. It´s great location. Nice beach is across the road but we recommend to rent a car and go to other beaches too.
Great hosts, who have made our stay a wonderful experience! The chalets a well located in the south of the island, a perfect spot for travelers looking for a quiet and relaxed place. direct access to the beach, well equipped chalets, perfect for families.
great location if you are looking for a quiet place away from the busier places like anse royale or beau vallon. this means that a rental car is highly recommended, but I think no matter the location as the island has beautiful beaches worth to be explored. the structure is fairly new and comfortable with all you need. the bed was very comfortable. the staff was super friendly and helpful.
