Amazing place! A true Madeirian treasure of the north! We loved our stay there. The owners and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is exquisite! The view out over the ocean and the breakers rolling in was excellent, especially from my small balcony on the 3rd floor. The room was quite adequate and very quiet. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast in an attractive dining room, that also has a balcony with tables overlooking the pools and the ocean. The location is superb.

We really liked the hotel. It was pretty close to the city centre (probably because the city is really small) and was really cheap for what it offered. We really just expected a bed and a bathroom for the price but even had a balcony and everything else we needed.
Such a great location, breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea! It provided us with all the amenities and we were treated to some fresh fruit, eggs, and Madeira wine!
