The property was amazing and huge. 4 bedrooms, the largest kitchen and living room that we ever saw, incredible terrace, outstanding amenities and fantastic garden with a pool. On top of that, staff was extremely nice, they prepared us amazing breakfast and suberb wine tasting. Oh and in the evening they lit up a fire place in the living room where we could enjoy their wines. Simply amazing experience, I wish we could stay longer.

we liked everything about Quinta do Fojo: the hosts were absolutely amazing, they treated us like family and at the same time gave us space. we went to a local restaurant with them, they provided us with great recommendations on the places we should see in the area. The 200 year old house is very authentic and also very comfortable, had absolutely every you may need. the views from the windows and terrace were breathtaking.

The place is beautiful and comfortable. We loved having an entire apartment, and especially the beautiful terrace. The proprietors are very nice and helpful, and gave us good tips on things to do. The grounds are awesome, even though it was tough for us to walk into town.

The welcome was exceptional, immediately felt right at home. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated & roomy, lovely walk-in shower with good water pressure. Host was full of knowledge of history and the local area which he freely shared with us. They offered a very pleasant evening meal with wine and plentiful breakfast (an extra fee but not expensive)
