Check in/check out was very simple. The accomodations were adorable and clean. So many details were taken into consideration that other places, including the fancy chains, don't consider. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very close to Sete Cidades and the ocean hot springs. The staff communicated and provided services very well and was very friendly. I'd stay there again!

We loved everything about this property. It was such a beautiful cabin in a nice and quiet part of the island! The pictures are 100% accurate and the place is so cozy. The jacuzzi was perfect and such a treat. The staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The check-in/out process was very simple and convenient. It’s a nice area of the island- only about 15 minute drive to the Sete Cidades. We really can’t find a single thing that we didn’t love!

Fair price, helpful property owner, clean, generous kitchen and washer-dryer access. Parking wasn't difficult but the location would not have been clear without asking. I enjoyed chatting with other guests in the shared kitchen and having a coffee with eggs.

Perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere. Many delicious restaurants a minute walk away. Pharmacy at the corner. Two blocks to waterfront.
Staff were so happy and willing to help. Breakfast was fabulous every morning. The boutique hotel was well appointed. Apples & bananas were left out for guests. Coffee & tea always available. I highly recommend Charming House.
Advice: I wore ear plugs at night to help soften the noise of the street and guests coming and going.

Great place to stay with a big garden around the house, good facilities. Felt like a good home, stayed two days, but now I'm considering more. Staff is really helpful & friendly. Good place at the garden to watch the fireworks on New year's eve.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. Great base for exploring Sete Cidades and The coastline. The village is very quiet but there is a cafe, pizzaria and small supermarket within walking distance. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to questions. Very kind of them to provide bread, jam, tea and coffee. Great stay!
Quiet location, the house is very clean, spacious and comfortable, since there were two of us, we didn't even use it all. A donkey nearby was a nice diversion and we kept waiting to hear it. We got around the whole island by car without any problems and the most beautiful places are only a few kilometers away. The owners were very accommodating and communicative.

Having a private plunge pool and the sea view from the terrace was just lovely. There were small snacks provided and hotel put an effort into breakfast including some diary free options. Wifi was good. We didn’t use the communal indoor pool but it looked lovely too.
Our stay at SENSI Azores Nature and SPA was wonderful, despite the weather in early April! The rooms were a comfortable size and the private pool was heated (although a little cold for April). We enjoyed the indoor heated pool as well that wasn't super busy. The property was great, but the best part of this place was the staff. It was our first time traveling internationally with our 10 month old, and everyone, especially the dining staff were incredibly nice and accommodating.

The property and setting was breathtaking, beautifully designed and so peaceful. Great location to explore from and easy driving into town. Amazing pools and saunas. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The wine selection and bar snack menu was elevated and delicious. The included breakfast exceeding expectations. A great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay there again.
