The breakfast was everything you could have wanted. Jen went out of her way to make sure we had plenty. Yogurt, fruit, granola, fresh bread, poached eggs, juices, coffee, tea.
They even cooked us a great dinner on the BBQ of steaks with twice cooked potatoes, and veggies.
The story behind the house is fantastic. Dewi is a master carpenter and had designed and built the house in the American Amish style. The views from the dinning room are wonderful.

Great B&B stay! Very clean and comfortable accommodation with full guest amenities: felt safe. Very hospitable host. Presented with generous breakfast spread and the most delicious home made cookies! Perfect for our overnight stay to visit Hobbiton - wish we could have stayed another night. Great location, off street parking, nice and quiet. Friendly greeting, easy check in. Our room was spacious, warm, comfortable, modern and clean. Loved that it had 2 armchairs too.

Location was excellent for Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves visit! We could walk to a lovely (and very yummy) coffee shop each morning and a fun brew pub at night. There were other restaurants on the street, but one was having a private party and another was fully booked.
If you’re looking for super luxury travel vibe, it’s very hard to find in this area, my friend who is a pretty posh gal was a bit worried. However the Broadway Motel was IMMACULATELY clean, spacious, and very welcoming. We both were very please and highly recommend it!
Everything had been thought of and there were lots of nice touches throughout the accommodation. Excellent breakfast delivered to the studio. Fabulous gardens which were lovely to look at but steady rain stopped us exploring. Great location close to Hobbiton and lovely hosts
