Lovely and friendly Polish staff—gave us many recommendations and had some nice chats with us during our stay. We were upgraded to a larger, well-appointed room with beautiful views, and the location itself was fantastic. The two kitchens were well-equipped, and having free on-site parking was a big plus. The accommodation was lovely, nicely located in the coast area of Ballstad. We really enjoyed the concept of this place, surrounded by boats, seagulls and an amazing view.
You can expect to share areas with other guests, but we didn’t have the chance. The property was very clean and warm, our room had a separate heater and we liked that everything was very well indicated and organized☺️

Everything! What a location looking right up the fjord! Yes, you have to bend over in the loft bedroom but this just adds to the experience- a real Rorbuer.Drnks on our lovely sunny deck each afternoon looking st the beautiful scenery, Easy oarking, convenient to restaurants, quiet, private, had everything we needed, great atmosphere- our favourite accommodation in Norway after 6 weeks of travelling. Spectacular outlook, washing machine, warm…what more could you want- we loved it.
Тhe view is marvelous. The room is very cozy, comfortable, quiet and very private. It has everything we needed for our stay. The location is top and I highly recommend the place for Aurora hunters, who look for incredible insta pictures.

Good bed, good breakfast, towels and shower with showergel, convenient location - what else do you need from cheap hotel? Don't expect luxury and just enjoy free cup of tea late in the evening, after a long hike or a walk from restaurant further away.
Great location with nice view. The apartment with nice terrace in seaside is in separate house (rorbuer) . Is brand new, modern and furnished with a very good taste. Place is absolutely quiet. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very nice bathroom. Kitchen is perfect equipped and had all we needed. Supermarket near by. Parking just outside the house.
