The location is excellent and it included a basic breakfast. The room looked out over a backyard and trees.

Breakfast was amazing, if a little steep in price, staff at the restaurant were kind and helpful, and even prepared a cheese platter for me to eat when I arrived well after the kitchen was closed. There is a nice quiet common room (farmhouse kitchen) with a table and seating for anyone wanting to eat their own picnic not in their room or just to enjoy sitting in a quiet spot and reading. The on demand car service I hired to take me to the train the morning of my departure was prompt, friendly and reasonably priced compared to a taxi. Perfect spot on the quiet side of the canals for those who have a kayak or bicycle to travel to Breukelen, Maarssen and Utrecht.

super nice couple run this place. a bit off the beaten path but we were travelling by bicycle so it was perfect. Not too hard to get into town via the bus, either. Neat, well-appointed room. You'll love it!

1- I was pleased with the nice welcome from Madam Meike during the check-in process and explaining everything about my room one by one.
2- The surrounding area is surrounded by greenery. It is quiet and calm. Moreover, there is enough empty car park without any problems with the car park.
3- The room design and size are very nice.
