Excellent location right by the ferry port and near restaurants. The room was bigger than expected, the bed very comfy and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. The bathroom was a great size with really good water pressure in the shower. Really lovely staff too! There's a lovely little terrace with seats and charging points where you can sit and watch the sunset over the port. Great value for money, definitely recommend staying here in Moyogalpa.

Really nice large room with patio and chairs outside. Cotton sheets ! Good clean pool, wonderful breakfasts with a choice of 3 selections. Quiet and a nice communal seating area with bar.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Ended up coming back here 3 times, located in a really nice quiet part of Rivas. Great value for money, comfy double bed, very clean, well built rooms with a lot of airflow!. The owners are what made this place! Extremely kind and were able to help with any Nicaragua / Rivas related questions. Also fluent in English and Dutch if that helps.
Definately recommend staying here if your passing through Rivas, definitely a underrated little town.
It was very pleasant stay in this family hostel. It is little bit far from city center and bus station, but you can easily walk or take a cheap taxi. ATM, shops or restaurants are few minutes far. It's quiet and safe place with good kitchen and wifi. Hosts also let us do our laundry there. I can't recommend more. I have to say that hosts were so friendly and price is more than good.
Super cheap food and accommodation! Maria is really nice and friendly. Very basic, no WiFi in rooms and water stopped working once but for an economy option I don’t think something to complain about. Opposite a really good coffee shop with good wi fi if you’re remote working.
The hotel is next to the main square, which makes it an amazing location. Big beds, clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast was good too. I would stay there again. Friendly staff.

+ the apartment is very cozy, simple and in a typical Nicaraguan style (love the rocking chairs:)), clean and has an own bathroom and a kitchenette (it could be a little bit more equipped for cooking but I think you can just ask for pots and pans), you even have your small private outside space

The host was super friendly and very courteous. He brought all the guests out for dinner with his pick-up since the restaurants are not all in walking distance. He was there for us all the time and he organized the rental of a motorcycle and provided us with surfboards for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was great and cheap as well. The pool was clean and the area was quiet.
