We went to stay for one night after descending from Mount Kinabalu. We checked in around 8pm, the front desk staff welcomed us warmly despite the late check-in time, and they served us dinner hot while we were at the room showering and changing to fresh cloths. The evening was very chilly that night with drizzling rain, but the hot delicious nyonya food has brought us the warmth we need and the dining hall felt pretty cozy with very attentive staffs standby for assistance. The room is clean, equipped with all basic necessities you will need at a vacation room, the only downside is the shower may not be consistent with it’s heat and take time to heat up (probably because it was a chilly raining evening that night), but all is good, and we were so grateful that the guest house provided quick laundry service. You will only need to passed your cloths over to the counter and you will get it the next morning. My favorite part is that you will get to enjoy your breakfast at the picnic table and bench at the garden area, with serene forest around you. We had a very pleasant stay, shall pay another visit if we were in Kundasang next time! :)

A simple yet comfortable hotel with a reasonable location and great value for money. The breakfast was not bad and quite satisfying. The view was beautiful and calming. The service was excellent – staff helped carry our bags, were friendly, prepared breakfast, assisted in drying our clothes, and were very cooperative throughout our stay.

Great location for Poring Hot Springs
Just 'down the road' from Poring Hot Springs, so a good location for those wanting to spend time at the Hot Springs (warning park closes at 16:00hrs, despite Sabah Parks website stating 17:00 hrs, so we missed the only attraction in town). A quiet location with very friendly host family. Each room had an ensuite but the kitchen and TV room were in common areas.
The spacious balcony with the seating area, sink and some dishes to prepare your own coffee/instant noodles or some fruit is really nice. Fantastic view to the mountains, loads of birds around.
Location is quiet, although close to the town center, so nice for people who don't have an own vehicle.
Large, clean, well equipped room, although not the newest furniture.
This place is very nice, clean, comfortable, quiet and privacy.
I love the view from my Chalet. They also have strong WIFI and the observation deck with chairs and table, wow...it's really impressed me. I can see the view clearly and have my dinner and breakfast with my loves one. One day I will come again and bring my whole family.
