Beautiful room and the rooftop terrace was great. Good location in the Medina and you can see the palace walls from the terrace. Pretty easy to find for a Medina hotel too.

It's located less than a 10-minute walk from the Bab Mansour gate and fairly easy to find once you mark your landmarks. They have a lovely rooftop terrace where you can just chill out at night and watch the lights of the city. The man running it was very kind & even took us out into the medina in the early evening. Breakfast was quite amazing.

Beautiful Riad! Gihane is the ultimate host! She messaged us on the day of our arrival and we immediately felt very welcome and right at home. Great signposting to locate the Riad. Pristinely clean and spacious room. The breakfast by Hanan was punctual, delicious, and filling. Definitely recommend! What really makes this riad stand out is the staff - outstanding professionalism.

The rooftop terrace and the lovely Moroccan breakfast. It was very quiet and great value for the price. Also, the real coffee at breakfast was a blessing ;)

Breakfast was fantastic - the typical Moroccan breakfast with all the trimmings - coffee, 3 types of homemade jam, crapes, and eggs.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
This Riad was amazing, intricate wood craft throughout the whole Riad, quiet location close to some good food places (snack ba tiad at lunch time was very good and crazy cheap).
Friendly staff and our bed was comfortable.
The riad has a very charming owner. It is easy to find, an old building nicely decorated, with comfort better than expected. Medina is very busy during the day, but calm and quiet during nights and mornings. The location was great for visiting Dar Jamai Museum (splendid) and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. For the rest, unfortunately, Meknes is like a great construction site for the restoration of most of the historical landmarks.
Beautiful old riad with one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in during our Morocco trip - for a ridiculously cheap price. Staff lovely. Excellent breakfast (hot pastries!) on a balcony overlooking the medina. Just perfect.
this is the best riad i stayed during my one week travel in morocco, room is enough big, bed is comfortable, quiet place, service is 5 star, and is the cheapest between all my stay,my best choice
- Great location to visit Meknes (10min walk to the center, close parking in Bab Berdieyinne for 20MAD/night)
- Easy to find. I do not understand all the comments complaining about not finding the riad easily. The point on Google Maps is exactly where it should be, and the riad is sign posted from Bab Berdieyinne
- The interior of the hotel looks amazing
- The room was comfortable
- They have a policy to keep the noise down late at night/early morning so it was quiet and easy to sleep.
Top end, luxury hotel, Everything as it should be. Parking outside front door for motor bike, excellent breakfasts, good food , short taxi ride into medina.
We were in the suite on the top floor. The main bedroom was fine. The adjoining room was without a/c so too uncomfortable for May. Fine for a couple. Breakfast was great. The whole Riad was charming and the service was great. I can definitely recommend this gem in Meknes. Great location behind the main square.
Quietly placed to the edge of the Madina, great location 3 mins walk from Grand Mosque, 10 mins from main Baab Gates and open markets, spent only a day in Meknes but could have with more time here, the host was great, served up a nice breakfast, room was comfortable, nice on suite shower and terrace to relax.
