Villa Ovita is easily reached from Talpe railway station and Damith was waiting for us at the gate. It is a private jardin with a beautiful and calm atmosphere, and if you enjoy quietness and simplicity, this is your place to stay in Talpe. Damith took perfect care of us and even provided us some bicycles when needed.

The villa is located in talpe. It is very secure and private. The building is newly renovated and the interior looks immaculate. Defo gonna stay there if we swing by Galle.
Stunning villa with great architecture ! The villa has a great location with easy access to the beach and just 10 mins away from Galle fort.. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the villa was very clean and of exceptional standard. In addition the food was amazing, we had Sri Lankan food as well as more Western cuisines and it was probably the best food I had during my trip to Sri Lanka. Most importantly the rooms were spacious and clean and had great views overlooking the beach . Really enjoyed my stay at Candella House.
A family run hotel in great location. Right next to Talpe natural pools. It gets busy during the day but in the morning and evenings Its like a private pool. Excellent customer service and they will go beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Quiet location and close to Galle and Weligama. Good places in walking distance for eating/drinking. Thank you Wasantha & the family for being great hosts.

I had a man In the early morning come into my room. I had to shout for him to leave. I told the hotel manager who didn't see it as a problem.
