We love the location of Ansi Villa. It's next to amazing tea plantations, the waterfall is in short walking distance. From the window you can observe the train bridge. The train station is nearby too.

Such a cute place! The room was big enough the shower was amazing!! Hot shower with good pressure and big enough to put our stuff there. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind enough to explain to us everything that we needed.

The staff went above and beyond. They drove me to town when I needed, and even took me on a tour of the tea fields, which was better than some of the other much more expensive tours I did on this trip. Breakfast was lovely.

I return to this place every time I visit Nuwara Elliya. The hosts are a young lady and her mother, who are very kind, helpful and jolly. The breakfasts are amazing.
The rooms are smaller, but very clean. It is one of the cleanest places I have ever slept in in Sri Lanka.
There is hot water in the shower.
There are currently 2 rooms, shared lobby, dining room and kitchen. All clean and ready for use.
The place is 10 minutes walk from Lovers Leap Waterfall, in a quiet locality overlooking the city.

Great location for walking along the railway line, making it very good if catching the train for the scenic trip Nanu Oya to Ella.or to Kandy. He enabled us to check in a little earlier and gave us a few ideas of things to do, such as walking to the local waterfall. He would have cooked an evening meal for us but we chose a place in the village where there were a lot of locals eating.
A very nice place to stay in a quiet place close to the train station. The surroundings are very beautiful, and they are very well connected with Nuwara Eliya. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, everything was very clean and family always did their best. Of course, I will repeat.

lovely family, very friendly. we actually didnt stay there over night and just stored out luggage during the day, as it was pretty cheap, but the rooms where clean, as well as the bathroom. 5 min drive to the city center or train station.
Very lovely Place! It’s on the outskirts of the village and very quiet, lovely view of the area. The owner are super sweet, ofer a free shuttle service and the dinner and breakfast were delicious homecooked meals 🥰. Bed very comfortable and everything is super clean. Anytime again!
We arrived in the evening and used this homestay as a way to catch an early train from Nanu Oya to Ella. It was great for that purpose.
The accommodation itself is as described; clean, double bed, private bathroom.
Host is accommodating and cooked us dinner and breakfast.
Nano Oya is a very quiet place but it is beautiful. Before the train we went on a lovely walk amongst
the tea plantations.
