The place was very well organized based on guest needs. They communicated the check in details very carefully that even when we arrived very late, we didn't have any issue getting into to our room. The place was also very clean.

Love this place. I traveled with the family of 4. 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one room with 2 queen beds and another room with traditional style futons. my mom love washer and dryer machine, very convenient. Small kitchen, but very well organized. The host also provided a free parking and 2 bikes. We stay for 2 nights. We stayed many places in 2 weeks ,but my mom love this place the most.

It is one big room that suit for couple , or friend traveling . The staff is very kind and helpful for suggestion about neighbor. From the Kyoto station , you just walk for 900 meter to the stay .

The place is near the train station and popular street but quiet as it behind the busy street. The staff is very nice and the decoration is traditional Japanese. The room is very warm and equipped with Tea/Coffee machine. Very recommended.
