I loved the location, beautiful clean apartment, and also really nice staff! Everything is beautifully maintained and you can feel like home :) Unfortunately the café which serves breakfast was closed (1year ago I ate here the most delicious pistacchio croissant ever and had very good aperol spritz) but even thought those delicious croissants were served in the kitchen. Can’t wait to come back here for the 3rd time! Those apartments are the reason why I fell in love with Bellagio🤍

Accommodation was set in a very beautiful location facing the views of Lago di Como. Room super spacious and clean served with good breakfast. For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Place is a small boutique hotel located in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable. We had three rooms two attic lake view and one with balcony. All were very good. Close to ferry docks and many restaurants around and an excellent restaurant within hotel. An excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. We had great time there and will be going back.
The location was fabulous and the house was quaint with plenty of Italian charm. We had a great view from the windows of the hillside and it was quiet and peaceful being a little up from the lake. The host was lovely and prompt to respond, and left us a contact with their housekeeper for fast communication via WhatsApp, and were also kind enough to leave us a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. The furniture is very comfortable despite being old, and is very charming. We were very comfortable for our stay.
The owner has truly poured her heart into crafting a boutique bed and breakfast experience. The bedroom and bathroom are not only spotlessly clean and comfortable but have also been recently refurbished. The owner is both hospitable and knowledgeable, enhancing the stay with her expertise. The curated breakfast she serves is absolutely fantastic, with every element reflecting the highest quality. This bed and breakfast is memorable and comes highly recommended!
First of all, the owners are great; appreciated that they waited for us outside check-in hours. Also, they helped us get around the area.

The villa has a private parking and it has a great location for visiting lake Como - close to the most known touristic spots.
Also, the bed was comfortable - we had a good rest.
Matteo is super friendly and helpful. We had a severe setback in our flight, and Matteo was super flexible and understanding. The apartment is spacious, very clean, well equipped, and has the most fantastic view of the lake. Grocery shop and bakery are a few minutes away. Private and large parking. Very quiet!
Amazing view from the windows and balcony, very spacious, spotless clean, all necessary amenities included. Anna was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Great location for the Greenway and other walks, for villas, short walk down to the shore.

The location is incredible, the view is astonishing. It's very quiet due to its more remote style location in a less 'touristy' town on lake como. We stayed over 3 nights and the villa was better than expected, private, remote and with every amenity you'd ever need on a short or even long stay. The host is an absolute delight too and couldn't be more polite or helpful by giving local tips and answering every need of ours! Couldn't recommend more.
Great location - peace and quiet. It's a big apartment with a nice view and access to the garden. It's a parking place available. Short distance to the lake (ferry and bus) and to the Green Lake path.
