Accommodation was set in a very beautiful location facing the views of Lago di Como. Room super spacious and clean served with good breakfast. Would be lovely to visit probably in Summer as it has a pool. The owner was very nice and informative about the area. Also speaks very good English. Was kind enough to let us meet her lovely dogs.

Place is a small boutique hotel located in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable. We had three rooms two attic lake view and one with balcony. All were very good. Close to ferry docks and many restaurants around and an excellent restaurant within hotel. An excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. We had great time there and will be going back.
The location was fabulous and the house was quaint with plenty of Italian charm. We had a great view from the windows of the hillside and it was quiet and peaceful being a little up from the lake. The host was lovely and prompt to respond, and left us a contact with their housekeeper for fast communication via WhatsApp, and were also kind enough to leave us a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. The furniture is very comfortable despite being old, and is very charming. We were very comfortable for our stay.

The bedroom and bathroom are not only spotlessly clean and comfortable but have also been recently refurbished. The owner is both hospitable and knowledgeable, enhancing the stay with her expertise. The villa has a private parking and it has a great location for visiting lake Como - close to the most known touristic spots.

Matteo is super friendly and helpful. We had a severe setback in our flight, and Matteo was super flexible and understanding. The apartment is spacious, very clean, well equipped, and has the most fantastic view of the lake. Grocery shop and bakery are a few minutes away. Private and large parking. Very quiet!

The location is incredible, the view is astonishing. It's very quiet due to its more remote style location in a less 'touristy' town on lake como. We stayed over 3 nights and the villa was better than expected, private, remote and with every amenity you'd ever need on a short or even long stay. The host is an absolute delight too and couldn't be more polite or helpful by giving local tips and answering every need of ours! Couldn't recommend more.
Great location - peace and quiet. It's a big apartment with a nice view and access to the garden. It's a parking place available. Short distance to the lake (ferry and bus) and to the Green Lake path.
