The host is very friendly and warm, she asked about options for breakfast and the taste and variations of breakfast was absolutely exceed expectations. Room was spacious and clean with balcony. Nice host who speaks Italian, but we managed to understand each other. Very good location, close to the center but very quiet and private. Big garden around the house gives freshness in the hot summer day. There is everything you need to prepare a meal. The place has its own charm.

Sauna, infrared room and jet showers available downstairs. Very quiet. Short walk into Ortisei town or free bus pass provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The flat was impeccably clean, very nice and tidy. Carmen & Anna are very great hosts — always available to help.
The location is very central. You can walk everywhere. It was exceptional to have two balconies to enjoy the delights of morning breakfast and quiet afternoon to unwind.
Also, the bed is very comfy and windows got great sound isolation. And the bathroom was just great too!

Great location- everything is in walking distance. Close to lifts and slopes, close to grocery store and restaurants, but at the same time very quiet location. Premises are well equipped, beautifully decorated and very clean, private garden and parking.
The property looks brand new and is perfectly located at 5 minutes walk from the city center. It's a beautifully designed hotel that is always spotlessly clean.
The room was bigger than expected and very quiet, overlooking the mountains.
The staff is amazing and very helpful all the time.
The breakfast was 5 stars: All products are of top quality... fresh fruits, recently baked breads, jams, honey, cereals... etc etc. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel.
