good basic hotel, perfect location for the golf course (25 mins. walking away, thru the park). small room at very affordable price. room and bathroom were clean. no issues whatsoever with the bathroom and shower, i do not understand about other bad reviews on booking.com this little hotel is for the budget-conscious travellers. no frills hotel. basic room with double bed. i did not not have breakfast, anyway there is a bar next door. owner is friendly. wifi ok. walls are thin. if you are not pretentious, you will have a good stay. very affordable hotel for Cervia. Coop big supermarket 20 mins. away. train station is about 45 mins. away walking

We stayed with my wife at the BBRabbit hotel for a week. I liked everything very much: the very friendly hostess and her assistant, the cleanliness of the rooms, cleaning and replacement of bed linen regularly. This is a surprisingly large hotel, tucked away in a side-street close to both the sea-front and the main street for entertainment. It's quiet, in an area that's very noisy. Rooms are well furnished, breakfast is excellent.
It's a family-run hotel, and the owners are extremely pleasant people. Everything is very clean. Quiet. Cozy, as they say. I will also add a photo of the breakfast in the courtyard with beautiful views.

Lovely small hotel close to the beach - the view from balcony is very nice. Its in a great location in Milano Marittima - close to the city center, restaurants etc. Parking is just next to the hotel - as a guest for 3 euro/day (very good price). The room was quite simple, a little bit small, but there is a lot of storage space. Nice bathroom, free air condition. The personal staff was reeeally nice, so helpfull and always smiling! We also enjoyed the hot tube/whirpool, what a nice, relaxing part of our stay.
