Marco, our host, has engineered an ingenious high tech B&B!
Beyond the card key door lock, there are cool motion sensor light switches, easy to deploy.
Simple but elegant room design, comfortable bed, nice bath.
The rooms are located on a terrace above the street.
That evening Marco recommended we walk up to Grottammare Alta for dinner, where we enjoyed an excellent meal at Ristorante Pizzeria Papa Sisto.
The breakfast at Valle dell’Eden, was served outside on the astroturf covered terrazza, Marco makes great coffee! We had a good selection of items for an abundant and delicious breakfast!

This beautiful villa Francesca is well situated between the beach and the old city. The beach is within walking distance through the fields. But with the heat, it was recommended to take the car. Francesca arranged first-row beds on the beach for us. Breakfast was good, the room was very comfy and Francesca was a perfect host.

Good apartament well equipped , comfortable. Super pool area, close to the Beach both free of charge as well as paid. Bicycles available. Nice quiet environment.

I rate this hotel experience as 5 star!! The accommodations are very clean, visually appealing and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in all matters. I cannot speak highly enough of the very lovely Hotel Velia. The breakfast buffet was delicious offering all types of foods, eggs, bacon, sausage, all the cereals, fresh fruits, meat, cheeses, fresh breads/rolls, freshly made coffee's, etc. A lovely repast every morning. I highly recommend the Hotel Velia as the "go to" hotel in Grottammare.
Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Property in a great location and bed comfortable. Lovely Italian breakfast provided in pretty location overlooking the pool . Easy parking on the street right outside the property
Thoughtfully designed room in a charming building. The old town is beautiful with several good restaurants and bars (La Cantine di Sant’Agostino was excellent). It is an easy walk or drive down to the beach
We loved everything about this place. It is so old-fashioned and quaint, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Grottamare is a beautiful village and it was the perfect stopover on our way down to Puglia.
The Villa was in an excellent location with private parking on site. It was a really interesting building, very comfortable, very clean and the owners were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful.
Lovely room with our own private garden in a beautiful old palazzo very close to restaurants in the centre of the medieval village. We were given a very warm welcome by the charming property manager Francesca. The breakfast was exceptional and very good value.
