Clean room with a nice sea view in the old town, the owner is very friendly, always available for a chat and recommendations if needed. The breakfast is outstanding! She makes a lot of things fresh and every day she changes things up a bit. It is clear that the owner does this with a heart and passion for the business. We will be back!

Oh, one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is hard to get there without a car,but if you have a car, it is about 6 minutes from the beach and the location is amazing. You can see beautiful views out of the room and the garden. It is so much worth it. Like I said to my husband, this is the place with the heart of Italy. Olive trees, greens and hills. So beautiful.
The hosts are such nice people. Thanks to them for helping us to get to there place.
The pies on the breakfast were magnificent. Each one of them made me want some more :)

I rate this hotel experience as 5 star!! The accommodations are very clean, visually appealing and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in all matters. I cannot speak highly enough of the very lovely Hotel Velia. The breakfast buffet was delicious offering all types of foods, eggs, bacon, sausage, all the cereals, fresh fruits, meat, cheeses, fresh breads/rolls, freshly made coffee's, etc. A lovely repast every morning. I highly recommend the Hotel Velia as the "go to" hotel in Grottammare.
Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Property in a great location and bed comfortable. Lovely Italian breakfast provided in pretty location overlooking the pool . Easy parking on the street right outside the property
Thoughtfully designed room in a charming building. The old town is beautiful with several good restaurants and bars (La Cantine di Sant’Agostino was excellent). It is an easy walk or drive down to the beach
We loved everything about this place. It is so old-fashioned and quaint, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Grottamare is a beautiful village and it was the perfect stopover on our way down to Puglia.
The Villa was in an excellent location with private parking on site. It was a really interesting building, very comfortable, very clean and the owners were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful.
Lovely room with our own private garden in a beautiful old palazzo very close to restaurants in the centre of the medieval village. We were given a very warm welcome by the charming property manager Francesca. The breakfast was exceptional and very good value.
