Location is fantastic, less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and groceries store. There are also some restaurants nearby. The host is very friendly and warm, she asked about options for breakfast and the taste and variations of breakfast was absolutely exceed expectations. Room was spacious and clean with balcony. Top location: overlooking a riverbank park - but only a five minute walk to the town centre. The large room with balcony was also very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. An excellent breakfast was provided. The 11.00am check-out meant no rushing on our last morning.
Daniel and Heidi are great hosts! Nice house in a quiet part of valley, c. 20 min above Brixen. Scrumptious breakfast served at any time we asked, everyday with homemade jams and eggs from their own chickens. We traveled without a car and the accomodation is well connected with the city/train station by local buses. There is a small infra sauna for 2 people, which was great after a long day.

Modern and clean room with good buffet breakfast. Peaceful part of town. Just by old city center. Private parking 5 euros per day. This accomodation is part of catholic academy, but it looks like a hotel. Good location if you want to explore the region from Bolzano to Vipiteno and Brunico.
