We really liked all the amenities they had for us, from hot tub to laundry machine/dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and warm up our food and the beds were super comfy. We also loved seeing the animals on the farm, like the ducks and sheep wandering around. Helga was also very accommodating when we accidentally locked our key in the house as we were able to get a spare key from her next door.

Very nice apartment, right in the outskirts of Egilsstadir (2 minutes drive from the city center). Plenty of space for 3 people. Spotless clean! super Wifi and smartTV. I loved the comfortable bed, the very hi spec kitchen, high level of cleanliness and incredible location in Egilsstaðir. I sadly could not explore Seydisfjordur. I nearly crashed the hire car on road F93 in the snow :(

The best place for the economy travelers.
It is cheap, has fridge, cattle, and a running water right in the room, and a great view out of the window.
And yeah, the smoothest check in process. If I would have to choose now between this guesthouse and a fancy network hotel for $300+ a night there I would choose this one
