it's a beautiful place. the interiors are done so well. it's near the airport. a little away from the main road so very silent. The staff Manzoor ji is so sweet and nice guy. As a local he tries his best to be a good host. amazing place . The owner of the place also was very helpful and nice. He coordinated evrything ove the phone. This place will be a major hit in the future.Made our first trip to Kashmir a memorable one.

These boat hotels situated within the large city of Srinagar show a wonderful contrast between the city and the silence in the middle of a lake. As for this hotel, it is really great, as is its host Nazir. He takes care of you and is ready to explain everything. He gets in touch with you beforehand and answers various questions. No problem with reaching the hotel with a boat - Nazir will come for you. Further, Nazir also has a bike and can show you various sights around (he spent several hours bringing me to different places in and out of Srinagar). In fact, there were quite a few people who told me something like "Nazir is a very good person" (starting with a person who helped me to find shared taxi at the airport).
WiFi works very well: I made several video calls. And Nazir's tea was very tasty. The breakfast was simple but good.

Its a lovely homestay in a quiet locality with a great host. The property was very clean and well maintained. I have never seen such a clean and hygienic bathroom in any of my stays till date and it was quite big too. Room was quiet with all amenities and clean linen. The host was very accommodating and friendly. I'd definitely come back for a stay and recommend this homestay to my friends.
Felt like staying at home with family. We stayed in a 3 room apartment along with big drawing room and kitchen. The place was clean and staffs were helpful. Mr. Basharat, owner of the place is a true gentleman. Location is a little far from Srinagar’s popular stays but if you are looking for a quiet and luxury stay, this place is awesome for the cost.

Bilal and his family have been very welcoming and caring. We felt like home at their guesthouse. The room we had was new and everything was super clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to main bus stand and city centre. Bilal organized a pickup from the airport as well as a drop-off to the bus station. All in all I can say that we had a great stay there. I can absolutely recommend this place.
Excellent setting and location. Room was very nice and suite has a semi private balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a good selection. On one of the days we had to leave early and they were nice enough to provide us with packed breakfast which helped us get through the day.
