Kieltys is All you could want in a B&B. Excellent warm welcome from the hosts who are more than happy to chat with you and share helpful local knowledge.
Rooms (and beds) are extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Maximum ten/twelve minutes walk to the centre of Waterville on well lit road.
Lovely tasty breakfast with very good choice.
All in all better than a top class hotel and much much better value. Definitely stay again.

On arrival the receptionist gave us full attention explained everything ,Gave us a quieter family room than we expected . This family owned business is unique ,with the owners at hand asking you if everything is to your satisfaction ,Great staff , great food , great atmosphere in general with the locals every so friendly . In a great location. Unfortunately, I had a migraine my entire visit and slept most of it. However, my partner had dinner, and he was very happy. He thoroughly enjoyed it. He liked walking along the cliffs and said the view was fantastic. I was able to get a fan, which was lovely. A bonus to the walk-in shower.
Beautiful hotel and in a great location overlooking the ocean! We drove and found it quite easily. They had parking out the back which made it easy for us to park and enter the premises. The room was large and spacious and so was the bathroom. The hotel was connected to a bar which we found appealing for afternoon drinks! They also had various other rooms you could use such as a quiet room and a billiards room. There was lots to choose from for breakfast and it was always delicious! We had a great stay thank you!

Great hosts, nothing too much trouble, bit of banter with the host about cutlery (long story!) Would highly recommend this b&b. Good location within easy walking distance into waterville. Room clean and cozy, huge bathroom, quiet area, fab food compliments to the chef. Restored our faith in b&b as you didn't feel like you were visiting an elderly aunts house!
