House was beautiful inside and out. Sue, the owner was very nice and extremely helpful. A major storm came in that night and she was very concerned that she may lose power and tried to alleviate any concerns about my comfort should power be lost and that I would be okay with the cold overnight. It seemed that power was not lost or if it was, only momentary loses. Sue made a very nice breakfast in the morning. Molly, her dog, made my stay even better...what a little sweetheart.
Sue also told me about the Seal Rescue Ireland Visitor Center. If I had the time I would have visited the Center. They do important work. If you stay in the area, I would suggest visiting the Center.

Great little place in a very pretty location, comfortable room and bed, free WiFi, laid back with no fuss, help yourself breakfast, Sean is an excellent host and very obliging. Nice friendly local bar downstairs.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Chalet is dog friendly, relaxing, quiet, location is near to mountain hiking trails and the beach. We don't have a car but find it easy to move around, is close to Gorey city centre. Great for long weekends.
Cosy, private and quiet. Beautiful decor and exceptionally clean. Only a 2 minute walk from the heart of Gorey Town. Bernie was very welcoming on our arrival.
