This guesthouse exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and spacious, a bus stop was steps away, and the city center is a lovely 15-20 minute walk. Breakfast was a good home cooked Irish breakfast and set me on the right foot for the day. I highly recommend staying here when you're in Cork. The owner was wonderful to chat with and very kind.

Great pit stop with welcoming hosts. Haven’t stayed in a proper BnB in years and made me remember why they are so good. Room was spacious and comfy bed, easy parking and close to the village with pubs and the castle. Nice to stay outside of the city centre as was very quiet. Great breakfast in the morning too.
Excellent breakfast. Lovely private location. Our room was special with 4 poster bed and spa bath. Facilities were those beautiful decor rooms bathed in history.
Everything was perfect! One of the most charming places I've ever stayed. Olwen and Duncan are great hosts and very interesting persons to talk with. Rooms and house decorated with exquisite style, beds extra big and comfortable, terrasse over beautiful gardens... And excellent breakfast in a lovely decorated room looking at the gardens. It's a pitty we stayed only one night! We hope we will come back one day.
