Name of hotel didn't match property name which was not listed on Google maps. A quick message to the property settled this. Facilities needed repair but we were there to sleep before the trek up Mt Bromo so it was passable. Several rooms had a view of Bromo but shrouded in clouds half the time.

Everything was perfect! The owner helped us get a Bromo Tour. Also it was difficult finding a driver to transport us as we left but the owner dropped us at our next stay. Large bed, good shower and clean room. Just make sure you bring Some food and water as the nearest restaurant is a 22 minute walk.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Lovely welcome from the staff. Large room and shower, kitchen facilities in same block., clean linen. Quiet location and excellent restaurant across the road. Hood Indonesian breakfast (western an option). Quick access to Bromo.
The location is incredible. Stepping out your room you have the full scenary of the caldera and Mount Bromo. The room is basic but good: good beds, 's warm shower, towels. Bring your own beds heet or sarong. Cheap breakfast in the warung closeby, more expensive breakfast in the hotel 100 meters further down the road (Rp 75,000). Pak Cahyo responds well and quickly to Booking messages and is supportive in providing suggestions for getting around the Bromo area.
Not luxurious, very simple, but great location and price to visit Bromo mount and walk to King Kong hill. The staff was really helpful and explained how to get to the hill to see the sunset walking from the Homestay. They organised a private car to pick us up from Probolinggo train station for 300K and car to Surabaya airport for 450K (4 people).
Absolutely great hosts! Really nice and helpful, special thanks to Angry the son who was accompanying us to Bromo. We got delicious food and the tea was also very good. The room is as on pictures. The Family offers private Jeep tour or renting a moto to explore Bromo. We definitely would recommend to stay at this place when visiting Mt Bromo.
