Apartment is very small and modest. However, thats why its so affordable. I personally was just looking to sleep for 2 nights and continue to explore Istria, and that's what I got.

You get a free parking card. Public parking is 2 minutes from apartment, there was plenty of space to park.
The room is very small, very small shower, but again, its super affordable.
Soon as you leave the room there is a sitting area outside with fantastic view.

The most charming apartment with a breathtaking view from the hill. The backyard was a gem, and the host's assistance was exceptional. I wish there is an option to rate it 11 out of 10!

It was lovely that Jasmina meet us, answered our questions about the area and the restoration of their home from ruins. It’s an eclectic place with lots of interesting art. Super quiet. Really nice to have window screens, first we’ve seen in Europe.

La Boutique is an amazing place and I really felt like I was in a dream. The house is very well maintained and extremely clean. It is a small jewel of Grožnjan with a beautiful view. I was there with my friends, and despite the bad weather, we were able to enjoy ourselves. You are close to many amazing wineries. The nights were quiet. It was the perfect peaceful vacation we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.
