A quiet, cosy and very well equipped suite. I felt safe as a solo traveller and having self check-in made things simple and flexible. The bed was large and comfy, and having the sitting room area is a lovely addition to the space. Being a self contained private unit sets this place apart from a hotel stay. Being thoughtfully appointed with everything you would need for a stay made it feel like such good value too. Communication with the host was excellent with detailed and helpful instructions.

What a great stay! Hari was a wonderful host - available if needed but her property gives great privacy. It was more spacious than the photos suggest, extremely well appointed and very clean. The little touches were lovely - stocks of basics in the kitchen plus a little juice and biscuits etc. which elevated the booking. Also a great location and very quiet. We would recommend and hopefully return!

Large comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a great location on the edge of the Cotswolds. We also ate as a very large group and had a lovely table in a separate room.

Lovely, quiet and private accommodation in a good location for accessing the town. It was clean, warm and very comfortable. I also felt safe, which was important for me, being a female travelling alone. Hari was an excellent host, she was very helpful and made me feel most welcome. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be returning here on my future visits to Witney.

Extremely friendly staff and very prompt check-in. Our room was small, cosy and clean. We stayed here as a cheaper alternative to Oxford city centre, and paid for taxis in and out. We highly recommend

Great location, Decent value - I chose it because it was significantly cheaper than the Cowley Premier Inn. Friendly staff. Characterful.
