Chosen for the location the Room was okay but on the small side for some obscure reason they had chosen to put a bath in the bedroom !!! this was situated in a alcove at the bottom of the bed and took up so much space the room did not have and chairs or wardrobe/ hanging space just two hangers on the wall by the entrance. this despite there being a nice big bathroom that could have accommodated the bath as well as the shower already there. The TV was also stuck on a side wall so not easy to watch when having to sit on the bed>
Did not eat in the hotel for the two nights as the first night was told the chef had not turned up so no dinner until later, so found a nice place not far away which was so good we went back the next evening.
Breakfast on the first day was shambles, one hour after breakfast started nothing set out , just one bloke trying his best to carry on until the staff started turning up. Second day a lot better.

The area is beautiful if you want peace and quiet, the annex was immaculate. Breakfast is cereal, toast and jam. We didn't explore area as we where going to legoland. Noticed some pubs locally if you want to eat out. Seating area outside so you can watch the chickens . I really can't fault the place and I'm really fussy. Oh in the second bedroom is a section with kids toys which my grandson loved.

Lovely lady who showed us to our little cottage which was very spacious, clean and in a very quiet country location. Very comfortable bed upstairs and large walk in powerful shower in the bathroom. Plenty of choice of items left for breakfast cereal, croissants, bread for toast, butter, jams and marmalades, yoghurts, fresh orange juice and milk etc.
Wish we had been there longer to explore the area but we had travelled down to go to our friends housewarming so we spent very little time there. We had beautiful weather and it would have been nice to sit outside and relax as furniture was there to be used and it was a quiet country location.

This charming property is in a quiet and central location, perfect to enjoy Wallingford as well as to relax indoors. The flat is extremely spacious and offers every confort, including a very well equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. Five stars for cleanliness.
What a great location,i have stayed in a lot of hotels due to travel with work, but this was one of the best hotels so far.Beautiful location, private lodges, for someone that plays golf its a superb spot to stay.
The accommodation was, as ever, spotlessly clean. The location is quiet peaceful and private and so relaxing. Rob and Julie are on hand for any problems but not intrusive at all. Love staying here and am looking forward to my next stay in October.
The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard
The shower was amazing- really good water flow- the bath big, long and deep!
Decor of room and the fan included for temperature comfort of the room
Our room had a river view which was lovely
Peaceful and quiet location- perfect!
We ate dinner in the restaurant- food was amazing. Very generous breakfast on offer too- fresh fruit/ cereal/ breads/ tea/ coffee/ fruit juices, with the hot food cooked to order
Charming hosts who were both helpful and friendly. Superb continental breakfast taken outside in the sunny garden, quite something in March! A pleasant enough manageable stroll to the town centre. The location was pretty quiet and the property itself had delightfully tranquil feel.
